In an effort to facilitate and support the development of residents and medical students, the WSA has created a mentoring program with experienced member anesthesiologists. This exclusive benefit for members of the Wisconsin State Society of Anesthesiologists connects mentors and mentees for career coaching, professional development, and networking opportunities.
